Lump Between Cheek And Gum Photos Tooth Abcess??

Tooth Abcess?? - lump between cheek and gum photos

I have a lump that is painful and tender to touch me on the cheek between the teeth and gums is an abscess? Not affect my teeth into this area, and are not sensitive. Are all abscesses is treated by antibiotics for a root canal? I prefer to drive ... any thoughts would be great! Thank you,
