Children and ideas for baby food?
I have a daughter between the ages of 2 and a son, 6 months and needs new ideas that can eat both the revenue!
My oldest son will eat anything, but my youngest is mixed in the jars and baby rice this month, but only at night time, and I want to put in our diet (of course), but I see this effect very difficult for new ideas and are of all that we are now tired.
Would be very grateful if someone can give me some healthy options do and how, and suitable ingredients of foods for lunch.
Thank you!
Incidentally, are not vegetarians and meat eaters.

Baked Potatoes
Use sweet potatoes and wipe clean the skin. Slice sweet potatoes into 1 cm x 1 cm (and how long or short as you want). Leave the skin. For most, it can also be sprayed with butter and allspice and cinnamon. For the small, you can leave it plain. Place on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. They should be soft. You probably want the grid for the six months old, and not on the skin. Enjoy!

Cream of Wheat is an ideal food for breakfast almost all age groups. They are 6 months old can have his or formula mixed with breast milk, and the rest of the family can dress as you - fruit, syrup, brown sugar, oats, etc. It's like good for children!
Cream soups can work for lunch, starting slowly and see how it is facing.
